What are the thinnest condoms in the world?

Many US condom brands don't tell you how thin their condoms are. They'll just say some vague marketing stuff about how thin they feel. This is probably because most "thin condoms" in the US are all about the same thickness - Somewhere between .07mm and 0.4mm. With the current condom technology available in the US, once you hit that limit, you can't go any thinner.

However, in Asia there are thinner condoms available.

1. A polyurethane condom called 0.01 sagami original that is 0.018mm thick and manufactured by Sagami Rubber Industries Co. Ltd. It is sized at 38mm diameter and 166mm long.
2. A latex Okamoto Platinum that is 0.038mm thick, 52mm diameter, and 180±5mm long.

I should note that up until 2020, there was the AONI Condom manufactured by Guangzhou Daming United Rubber Products that claimed to be 0.036mm, slightly thinner than Okamoto. However, those condoms are no longer available at this time (Jan 2025). I did a write up about them if you'd like to know more about them.

The Sagami condom is not currently available in the US, but I have found the Okamato Platinum on Walmart. So if you're in the US you'll have to make due with condoms that are 0.07mm to 0.038mm thick. Below are the condoms I've found that are less than .05mm thick.

Keep in mind that heat transfer is also important in feeling like nothing is there. So aside from choosing the thinnest condom, you might also want to experiment with condoms made from different materials. My favorite condom the One Flex Condom made from latex and graphene. Other than that, most condoms are either made from latex, polyisoprene (a different type of rubber), or lamb skin (lamb intestines).
